Apps for every step, from farming to processing to trading

Every step of the crop,
one suite of apps.

Growers Diary is a suite of apps for farming, processing and trading: run the estate, buy at the collecting centre, process and export, and give every farm a public page. Each app stands on its own and works with the others, so the crop and its records move together from one step to the next.

  • Four apps farm, collection, processing, farm pages
  • Offline-first keeps working without signal
  • Built for phones at the gate, in the field, on the floor
  • Three languages English · සිංහල · தமிழ்

How it fits together

One crop, four stages, one suite.

Each stage of the chain has its own app, and what one records the next one can use: the harvest the estate logs is the lot the collector buys, the exporter processes and ships, and the buyer sees on the farm's page.

  1. 01

    At the farm

Workers, harvests, field operations and payroll are recorded on the estate. Each harvest leaves the farm as a known lot.

Runs on Farm & Estate Management

  2. 02

    At Collection

The crop is weighed, graded and paid for on a phone, with a printed receipt. Stock is tracked by grade until it is sold on.

    Runs on Crop Collection

  3. 03

    Processing and export

Lots are received, mixed, processed, packed and shipped with QR labels. A shipment can be traced back towards its farmers as far as the records go, and a buyer can see that trail.

    Runs on Crop Trace

  4. 04

    In the buyer's hands

The farm behind the lot has its own public page: photos, story and updates from the people who grew it. A QR on the jar, the bag or the signboard opens it.

    Runs on Farm Pages

Products

Four apps, one suite.

One app for every step: farming, collecting, processing and exporting, and the public page where a buyer meets the farm. Start with the one you need; add the others when you are ready.

Crop Trace

Traceability & quality for spice exporters

Trace lots of cinnamon, pepper, vanilla or clove from supplier to raw lot, processing, packing and export shipment — and back again when a buyer asks. Supplier shares in kilos and percent, receiving QC, quality holds, complaints and a customer portal opened by a QR code on the packing list.

  • Backward and forward trace with lot genealogy
  • Receiving QC, grades per crop, quality holds
  • QR labels for lots, packages and pallets
  • Buyer portal: farms, QC results and processing steps

Farm Pages

A public page for every farm

Farmers, estates and collectives in any country get a page of their own: cover photo, story, gallery and updates, with a QR code for the gate, the bag or the jar. Buyers and consumers see where a crop comes from. The farmer edits from a phone through a one-time link sent on WhatsApp — no password, no app to install.

  • Searchable directory by name, place, country and crop
  • Gallery, story and an updates feed per farm
  • QR code and link previews for WhatsApp and search
  • One-time edit links that expire; the exporter publishes

Crop Collection

Buying centres, suppliers and stock

Run a collecting centre from a phone or tablet. Weigh, grade and pay at the gate with a printed Sinhala or English receipt, keep each supplier's ledger and advances straight, and know your stock by location and grade at any moment. Works offline and syncs when the signal returns.

  • Buying receipts with grade and moisture deductions
  • Supplier ledger, advances, cheques and cash sessions
  • Stock by grade, re-grading, transfers and counts
  • Order book and coverage forecast for exporters

Farm & Estate Management

Plantations and smallholder estates

Everything an estate office runs on: worker roster and attendance, harvest and field operations, payroll with EPF and ETF, double-entry accounts, sales and inventory. A field app works offline, the farm map plans irrigation, and crop diseases are diagnosed on the phone itself.

  • Roster, attendance and harvest tracking
  • Payroll (EPF/ETF), finance, invoicing, inventory
  • Farm map with irrigation hydraulics
  • On-device crop-disease diagnosis

Why Growers Diary

Made for the way the work actually happens.

Built in the field

Designed with cinnamon peelers, collectors and exporters in Sri Lanka, then tested on a phone in the rain with one hand free.

Honest numbers

Records are never silently changed. Every adjustment carries a reason and lands in the audit trail, so the books, the stock and the shipments hold up when anyone asks.

Works without signal

Collection and field apps keep working offline and sync later. Nobody waits for a bar of coverage to finish a sale.

Speaks your language

English, Sinhala and Tamil across screens and printed receipts, with grades and terms the trade already uses.
